Cancellation Policy

Cancellations: Bookings can be cancelled with a full refund up to 48 hours before the workshop starts. Cancellations made within less than 48 hours are non-refundable. Rescheduling: You can reschedule your attendance or transfer your booking to another session up to 24 hours before the start time, subject to availability. No-Shows: If you fail to attend the workshop without prior notice, your booking will be forfeited, and no refund or credit will be issued. Workshop Cancellation: In the rare event that we must cancel or postpone a workshop, you will be notified immediately and offered a choice between a full refund or a transfer to a future date.
